We never share your information with third parties, unless necessary for payment or shipping – and always through secure, reputable solutions.
All payments are made via encrypted systems to protect your data.

Crafts & unique products

All of our toiletry bags are hand-sewn and cut from meter-long fabric – meaning no two are exactly alike.
Each folder carries its own expression, and small variations in pattern or stitching are part of the charm and proof of true craftsmanship.
This makes each product completely unique – a little piece of exclusivity you can take with you into your everyday life.

Shipping guidelines

Freight
We ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days after the package is shipped.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 1000,-.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return & exchange
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item.
The item must be returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
The customer covers return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To return or exchange an item, send us an email at sandpia.oslo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we have received and approved the return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Wrong or damaged item
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible – we will sort it out!

Payment Methods

Payment

All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT.
We accept payment by card and Apple Pay.
The amount will be deducted from your account once the order is confirmed.

Information for international customers outside Norway

Shipping and delivery outside Norway

We ship to selected countries in Europe.

Delivery time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Expected delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping price 189,-

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which you will receive by email when the package has been shipped.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs, VAT and import duties.

These costs are paid by the customer and are determined by the authorities in the recipient country.

Delivery

We ship with Posten Norge/Bring, and the package is delivered to your local post office or pickup location.
